Hi,

What I'm 100% sure is that NewNigma2 works well with Enigma-TV ...
So, why not to try this change ?

Freeze is always due to network speed ... Network on AC or Wifi is not recommanded, especially on HD channels.

The Dreambox 7020HDv2 is the same as DM8000 with enigma 2.

I got a DM800 on same network and this connects, but video do freeze a little and the audio drops. It is connected through AC adapter/tranmitter - maybe not fast enough.
The DM7020HD has a Danish Peter Pan Aurora 4.0 image and the DM800 har Newnigma2 4.0.11

Hi,

I don't know this model of box ... Does it have Enigma2 installed ?
If yes, next step that I would try is to disable any password on the Dreambox.
What image is on the box ?
This can also be a potential cause ...

I have been using enigma for a while with my VU+ Duo2 tuner. When I changed to a Dreambox 7020HDv2 I am not able to connect Enigma TV to my new Dreamboox. It is the same ip adress, same router and ethernet cable. Whatever I am trying I get this message:
"The tool cannont connect to the your receiver, please verify your connection settings"
I can connect with WebInterface, Telnet and FTP - but EnigmaTV NO
Updated to version 2004 - I also have the debug version installed with the same error. Have deleted all config files - but no
