Update for anyone else suffering with 4G mobile broadband.

I've swapped the EE SIM card to a 3 SIM card and it now works!!!

I couldn't get the port forwarding to work with EE.

With the 3 sim card inserted into the router and the APN as "three.co.uk" I was assigned a private IP address that didn't work, the same as EE.

But, by changing the APN to "3internet" gave me a public address which works fine.

So now I'll have to switch network providers to 3 unless anyone knows an EE APN which gives a public IP address
which isn't shared?

Best regards,

Yes, please look at the attachment. I setup ports from public to local. The test works from http:\\publicip:port.

I'm sure the port forwarding is setup correctly, because if I remove the port forwarding, the public test (Ctrl+p) fails.

I've watched the videos many times now. Testing works OK when I click the right button and test both local and public work fine.

However, when I try to connect from outside the lan, the port forward doesn't work.

I think it's maybe because I'm using 4g ee mobile broadband with a dwr-921 router???

Has anyone successfully got it working with 4g broadband?

I can connect from inside of my network.
When I click "open the web browser with the public web tv interface(ctrl + p)", this works OK.

When I try to connect from outside my network, it appears that all the ports are closed.

I've tried many different ports but none open from outside the LAN.

Example: The android app works OK with WIFI switched on(LAN), but doesn't work when connected to cellular network.
