When you said that you have changed the video & audio bitrate, you did it from the web interface right ?
Also, have you tested with video bitrate in a range of less than 300 kbps ?
Try with video bitrate as 300, video scale as 1, audio bitrate as 96, 2 channels.

My stupid brain was the problem I just missed a few numbers ...

But now its working and I due seem to be having a problem .

When I open a stream on my laptop using the public stream option it works like a charm . But when my friend tries to open it he gets the same perfect image but it freezes every 20 seconds, same with all my friends.

And on my laptop it works perfect ...

Any suggestion ?

I tried changing bitrate allready.

i bought my seconde licence today and i got a payment confirmation. With my first licence everything went perfect but now i dont get an licence key to register the program.
