Did you setup the server and the iPhone app correctly ?
Please watch the help videos on this web site to be sure you have fully understood how to setup the tools.
Also first do a test in your private network then only try to setup the pubic network.
You can post pictures here so I can better help you, without detail it is difficult for me to understand the issue.
