Hi & welcome !

Can you please post in the right section of the forum ?
It would be nice if you could attach a picture of your settings so i can see if there is something wrong ...
Also, what type of box do you have ?
DM500s (old model) have some network hardware problem (too slow) and that could bring the application to lose the video signal.

hi i have registered and set up my computer but i cant get a stream there is nothing happening i can see my list of sats and channels but the stream is missing or freezes quickly are there any stickies on this forum for setting up
