The problem was indeed with my router. It is set up differently and I have to use port triggering to get it to work properly. I only need to port forward one port to the ip address of my PC running enigma tv. Your videos helped most of the way but just had to play around a little while to get it working properly.

It is now great and even having working on ipad and iphone through Safari.

Hi,

Again and again, you have to setup your router to make the system working from outside of your network.
Please carefully watch the help video on how to setup the tool and the router.
Each router are different but the setup looks the same, rules to setup are always the same.
So look into your router user manual and also follow the help video on this web site to make the thing finally working.

I'm also having the same issue that you had. I can view locally but not over the net. Could you provide details of how you finally got it sorted.

Hello again,

Now I can connect via LAN and WAN if using a laptop or PC ok but if I try and connect using my IPhone or IPad via my phones/IPad network (3G) using Safari or Chrome I get the following error.

Hi,

Sorry, I have busy days ...
As I told you, the issue is coming from your router.
I'm not able to help you more with this model.
I can't be responsible for this, my tool works in your network so it should work from outside if your router would do what it should.
I gave you some settings I would apply but I could not be sure of the exact settings as for me this router seems very strange to set up.
I also adviced you to contact your router reseller, he should explain you how to do this.
Otherwise you can also change your router to another one, the linksys wrt54g works just well !

Well I have tried all ways to get this to work and so far got this software to stream locally but unable to via the web.

I have even purchased 2 licenses by mistake :(

All ports are open on the PC and router and for some unknown reason I cannot get the stream to stream to the net.

I cannot get my router to point port 123 (web) to the local port 456 (local) as it does not have that feature, I can only open ports incoming and outgoing that's it.

Anyone?
