OKok!, sono riuscito a visualizzare sia in locale che in remoto! . ma accedo solo dal mio pc , in 3g o su altri computer non si apre il remoto !!

Sul router ho anche abilitato il DMZ Su 192.168.0.101

Ti dico subito il tuo problema; è fastweb, ti devi fare abilitare le porte che desideri o farti cambiare il router.
L'impostazione visualizzata è corretta.
Ti sconsiglio di abilitare il dmz..
Chiama fastweb x sapere notizie in merito alle porte, se vanno bene allora problemi di firewall o antivirus che ti blocca le porte in entrata e uscita. Fammi sapere...
