il problema era proprio l'ip pubblico.
Ho fatto richiesta a fastweb e in 24 ore l'ho avuto.
Ora funza tutto alla perfezione.

mi sa che le configurazioni delle porte sono errate sul router.
Configurazione delle porte:
Enigma-Tv:
porta stream pubblica/locale: 4212/4212.
porta stream web pubblica/locale: 8085/8085.
Router:
apri la porta 8085 all'IP del tuo PC dove è installato Enigma-Tv
apri la porta 4212 all'IP del tuo PC dove è installato Enigma-Tv.
IP pubblico lo ricavi, facendo acquisisci IP pubblico, come dici tu sarebbe (93.xxxxxxx), ma se spengi il router, poi il tuo IP pubblico cambia.
La stessa cosa è per l'IP locale, se tieni il dhcp sulla lan del pc, l'IP ti cambiaerà sempre, ti consiglio di inserire manualmente l'IP locale del PC.( es. 192.168.0.10).
fai questa prova, fammi sapere.

Sono andato a vedere e inizia con 100.xxxxxxxxxxx
Significa che non è pubblico vero?

Ti consiglio di chiamare fastweb per avere la possibilità di abilitare il tuo indirizzo IP pubblico.
