Hi,

The ZAP command is sent to the STB when having 1 tuner.
If the STB has more than 1 tuner, then there is an option 'Multi Tuner' in the setting panel that can be enabled.
By enabling this option the ZAP command is NOT sent as the STB handles the stream request based on the available tuner.
If is not enabled then the ZAP command will be sent anyway.

Long time since i posted this thread, and not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, but i fixed this problem by going into the receiver web interface. In there i ticked the "zap before stream" box under stream menu. Channel changed when selected in engimatv, and no more "Lost Video" message.

Might be useful to someone.

Hello,

First of all, it is always better to stay polite on a forum ...

About your problem, don't worry as I always help people as much as possible.
If the tool has a problem then we investigate together and we fix it !

So, I would like to ask if you are able to start a stream from the Dreambox WebIF ?
Does it play inside of VLC ?
If not, then Enigma-TV is also not able to play it as it take the stream by the same way.
If yes, then we have to do a TeamViewer to investigate : I'm still working on a V2.0.0.4 having lots of correction inside.

Please come back to me and stay cool
It's a private projet, I do a lot on this and I help.

Doesn't work for me either i cannot believe i paid for this load of shit!.StUck on lost video...keep getting port errors although ports 8080 and 8001 are open.SHIT

Did you tried to rebot your Dreambox ?
If the stream cannot be catched then there is a problem of the stream generation on your Dreambox maybe ...

Hi,

De-install the Enigma-TV tool and delete allfiles located in C:\users\YourUserName\Enigma TV\
Then re-install and let the tool download all the installation files.

Lost Video. Trying to reconnect

After a few teething problem i had this software working well for several months. I then reinstalled Windows on my pc, and set the software up the same as when i had it working (Ports 8085 / 85)

Now i can start the internet control, i can browse the web interface, but when i select a channel nothing happens. When i check the Enigma TV software it says at the top "Lost Video, Trying to reconnect". But it never reconnects, the reconnect count just keeps rising.

Happens for both local and internet modes

Port forwards are fine as the router was unchanged.
Any ideas?
