Do you have any experience with Enigma STB ?
I would recommand you to go to specialized boards helping on this, here we only discuss on Enigma-TV.

ive just installed enigma tv gone into settings but it wont let me choose country and sayin defalt am stuck wot do i do pls thank you!!

Yep, just to summarieze what we did, that will be usefull for others :
- we checked the router settings and could not find any issue, all looked fine regarding port forwarding ... But access to Enigma-TV from outside didn't worked.
- disabling the Windows firewall didn't helped either.
- finally we saw a security tool installed on the PC, this tool name is ESET.
- we tried disabling the ESET tool for 10 minutes but it again didn't worked with Enigma-TV.
- at the very end ,Shenwar fully deinstalled the ESET security tool and then Enigma-TV could be accessed from outside !
