How to Setup Router?

I am still struck in setting up my router which is “ASUS RT-AC56U”
I think there is 1 appropriate area to set is “Virtual Server/Port Forwarding”, please teach me how and what to set for the following items,
1.0 Famous Server List: HTTP,FTP,TELNET,SMTP,DNS,FINGER,POP3,SNMP,SNMP TRAP,GRE,IPv6,
TUNNEL –select which one?
2.0 Ftp Server Port: Default is 2021
3.0 In Port Forwarding List (Max. Limit:32)
3.1 Service Name:
3.2 Port Range:
3.3 Local IP:
3.4 Local Port:
3.5 Protocol: TCP, UDP, BOTH, OTHER – select which one?
Beside the above, on the EnigmaTV's setting at my home PC, do I set the ports according to your video examples,
4.0 Settings:
4.1 Public Stream Port: 8085?
4.2 Public Web Port: 85?
4.3 Local Stream Port: 8095?
4.4 Local Web Port: 95?

1.1.2 How to create?
1.2.0 Extra Tab:
1.2.1 server IP/DNS: Automatically Created: My Router IP Address
1.2.2 Password: _____________
1.3.0 When I click on “Send Only Setting To STB”
1.3.1 a window appear say, Missing Server Password, check this in the setup tab.

2.0.0 In Dreambox Dm7020Hdv2
2.1.0 When open the plugin “Enigma TV”
2.1.1 it says, “Downloading Channel List, Please Wait”,
2.1.2 Then a window open and say, “ Channel List Download Failure, No Internet Connection to
Streamer”
2.2.0 In Setup Tab: All are automatically Fill-up, but is it correct?
2.2.1 Domain: Auto Fill-in, www.openblackhole.com
2.2.2 Password: Auto Fill-in, “password”
