The Android app only works on phones & tablets, it is not designed to be used on Android TV boxes.
But, you can install it and use it as is ...

Also, this project is to connect the 'Client Apps', that means connecting your devices like phones / tablets to the Enigma-TV server.
This Enigma-TV server is a Windows tool running on your own PC, the tool connects to your Dreambox set top box and creates a bridge in between your home and your phone / tablet devices.
