Router setup seems ok.
There is no bouquets selection made in the list, prooving that the we channel list is not prepared.
So it also proove that you didn't start the web server as the channels list is missing!
This is all demonstrated in the videos. If you don't follow those help videos you can't getting working.
Best is I give your money back because we are wasting time I think.

This is the second day I am busy with the software.(:
Although forwarded all ports are closed.
But ports I have set for Dreambox are open.
I do cardsharing for over 12-13 years so I am no greenhorn on matters of portforwarding-which is a simple process.
Shut off Windows firewall even virusscanner...no success.

You need to redirect the public web & stream ports to the IP of your PC, that means 192.168.1.24 on the private web & stram ports.
But by watching you pictures, the first thing that is telling there is somethign wrong is the fact that there is no video playing in the TV screen ... in normal usage mode you should be able to watch TV at least in the tServer tool itself.

Then, you have set the same public web & stream ports ... this wrong ...
Do you have any network knowledge / experience?

Have you watched the help videos in the help section of this web site (look in the left menu)
That will explain you how to setup the tool to setup the Internet Control Mode ... for this there are some steps to prepare, like generating the Web Channels File.

The ports on the settings are all forwarded in the router.

So, you are not able to get a stream in Windows 10 ?
Also not in VLC ???
The Windows version should not be the faulty thing ... have you a security tool on your new Win10 ?
First you need to be able getting a video playing in the Server tool ... if that doesn't work you cannot continue.
Then if this works, you need to setup the web channels file, for this the is a nice tutorial in the help section of the forum, have you watched it ?

No problems with Win 7, could not with Win 10

The issue is not related to my tool, if your image is not able to stream out of the box then my tool cannot catch any stream.
Have you tried watching a stream in VLC ?

On the website it was not stated that the program is compatible with few images.
I don't have any problems with any other plugin or programs.
Don't intend to change the image for a program I was going to use 1-2 times per week.
