Are you using the Windows Client on the same network?

I have the same issue on using the Windows client. The Android one plays fine but the Windows one says "Error while changing channel" :(

I'm still convinced that the issue you have is not related to the tool but comes from your PC or sat receiver.
Disable any security tool on the PC, also try to access the webif and start a stream from there manually.

I bring up my old post, cause after long time i still cannot use the program anymore, I hoped last release would change something, but nothing changed, still have this problem and cann't stream.

Also reinstall rom on receiver didn't change anything?
Any idea?

- De-install Enigma-TV
- Please re-install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (this version, not something else)
- Disable your anti-virus
- Disable your firewall
- Re-install Enigma-TV

Reinstallation didn't help.

I have tryied to reinstall old version that was working normally but it can't download files anymore, there is any way to get working install files of old version?

Hi,

Try to do what Jadran explained.
So, de-install all Enigma-TV programms versions (in case you have multiples)
Then re-install from new.

Thanks for your answer... but firewall it's completly disabled as it was already before..

I had the same problem and it was a matter of firewall.
I upgraded to new version but in firewall was unabled older version. So I think that is better so erase old program folder and the DL new or enable in firewall.

seems that after new release I cannot stream anymore, I have used application for months both on windows and android client without problems, but now I can't see anything, always same error.

I have rebuild the web list, removed password, upgraded client version to 2, but still nothing.

Remote channel change is working normally if i try to connect to dreambox web interface, problem should not be related to it.

Can anybody help?
