Vpn is also something that you should find in your router.
If you don't see this then your provider is not giving this service.

Hi Sébastien, I have tried everything with my current provider and I can't get any ports open on my modem/router. You suggested using a VPN between PC and Mobile, can you point me in the right direction as to set this up, links to guides, step by step, etc.

Why not trying to set a vpn between you Enigma-TV Server PC and the mobile device ?
What poor dsl provider is this ... Pfff ...

I may have found the problem. My broadband provider seems to disable port forwarding from external source!!! Virgin Media Ireland (formally UPC) has this as standard. Will need to get in touch and ask them nicely to give me access to enabling port forwarding.

that is correct, my ip ends with 10.1 and I can access web media player locally on port 80.

Are you sure that the IP of your pc ends by .10.1 ?
If this is correct the I assume you can access the web media player within your local network on port 80, correct ?
If this is correct, and as I can tell you that your router seems to be correct, then there must be a problem with your router. It seems it is not redirecting the public web port 85 to the local web port 80 on the ip of your PC ... OR your gsm provider only allow web port 80.
If your gsm providet only allow web on port 80 then set the public web port to 80 in Enigma-TV and set the right redirection in your router.

I've watched all the youtube tutorials and I can't seem to get the public web interface working.

When I "Start Internet Control" and then "open the web browser with the local Web TV Interface IP address" it works just fine but I cannot get the public interface to work when accessing from my mobile phone. I have right clicked and tried directly from PC to access public interface but i keep getting a timed out error.

Any assistance is appreciated,
