For sure it will could to you Internet provider.
You can calculate the used bandwidth with the parameters that you set in the app.
You can only stream 1 channel at a time.

Sorry for late reply but was busy with other things....last night i tried again and managed to get it working...

Just another question.....If i stream over the internet directly from my computer to someone else (in another city for example) what would be the upload say per 24 hours be in GB? Or does it not matter as it does not count as Download to my internet provider? If i stream from my computer to one person or 10 people at the same time, is there any differnce in quality and also speed of transmition?

Please post a picture where I can see the settings and the web server started.
Also another picture with the local web media player opened, even if it fails to open.

I have changed both port forwarding to ip 192.185.1.5. I have turned my antivirus off.........i have tried a number of other things.........and i just cant get it to work.....

Dont give up my friend.....try and help me to what could be wrong.....im sure it is such a small thing....


For today its enough......its now been 13 hours and i still cant get it to work on local ip or external ip.....

Hope someone can help me work out why its not working....

But in local it should work without port forwarding ... strange ...

Hello Sebastian... Update !!!

In my network, I had virtualbox Host on....it is now deactivated. I now get in your program a "normal" ip in Local stream IP. (192.168.1.5)

I have updated modem port settings to this new 192.168.1.5 ip in local stream...Webserver starts (green button ok ) , but still does not work on local stream or public stream....

I did check and my virtual box ip is correct....If i do get local ip with your program, it always gives the same ip ( 192.168.56.1 )

Check the screen print after doing ipconfig/all... it returns the same ip as in program (192.168.56.1)

Hi,

The Local Stream IP (IP of your PC) looks weong...
It should be in range 192.168.1.x like your Dreambox.
So just type the proper one and get it by doing from a CMD prompt : ipconfig /all

Then your router settings is wrong as well.
Both web & stream ports must be redirected from external IP to your PC local IP.

Also, if you wanna test the coming 2.0.0.7 you are welcome.
