mi sa che è corretto, prova a farti un ping dall'esterno del tuo IP pubblico, vedi se pinga.
Se non ti fa il ping, significa che ancora le porte sono chiuse, può essere il router, firewall, antivirus o altro programma che blocca i dati.

fai un printscreen delle configurazioni del router e programma, così vediamo molto meglio il problema.

PORTA STREAM PUBBLICA 34000
PORTA WEB PUBBLICA 2400
PORTA STREAM LOCALE 34000
PORTA WEB LOCALE 2400.
Mentre lo smart
PORTA WEB 34000
PORTA STREAM 2400
OVVIAMENTE L'INDIIZZO IP-SEVER è QUELLO DEL PC

Le porte sono state aperte ho provate sia con 8085 - 95 e con 2400 - 34000 ma niente da fare dove sbaglio?

trova nel menu, port forwarding.
Port Forwarding - Abilitazioni - Permit Access.
e clicca su (New Port Forwarding - Nuova Abilitazione) in basso a destra:
ti apre una videata, dove li devi inserire le porte che vuoi aprire.
