the settings of the router ports are correct?
public ip is updated on the Enigma software-Tv?
keep recorded one public dns?

I carried out the instructions/settings as adviced, but im still having problems connecting externally. please please need help urgently.

change stream local port 8080 to 8085
sets these parameters:
stream public port 8085
stream local port 8085
public web port 85
Local web port 85
test as I say.

sorry, but the pictures you posted, you can not see well!
advice that I can give you is to change the doors, you enter a higher value.
example:
stream public port 8085
stream local port 8085
public web port 1199
Local web port 1199
obviously you have to open ports on your router.
always check the anti-virus or firewall that you might block the connection
