You can access it simply by opening a webbrowser and typing the url like :
http://PrivateIP:PrivateWebPort/
or
http://PublicIP:PublicWebPort/

I tried another PC and now I have different problem. It complains on that I don't have adobe installed but it is installed. Is there a problem trying to use the version 12?
Its a win 7 64bit english version.

I have used booth the internal and the external same problem.
Ill try a differen pc and see what happens

The problem seems to be only within your network ...
Maybe your router do not properly manage the redirection when you use your public IP inside of your private network ...
So, try to put the LOCALs IP & ports in the setup pane and test again.
You can also try this from another computer OUTSIDE of your local network.

When I look at the cpu processes it runs a constant 25% and 37000 k memory

When I click on the connect in the settings pane it hangs.

Now I can close the setup pane but it still just says connecting. And I can connect via a android ove the 3G or 4G network from the outside through the FW so there should be no problem accessing via the local as I am trying with the PC.
