Edit: I managed to fix it by re-installing the image on the box. Thanks anyway :)

I removed the password to default (empty) and it still does not work. i can also watch the recorded content from webif via using the ip.

Maybe in the box where it doesn't work you have password protection on the WebIF ... try to remove it !

I am having issues playing the recorded videos on media player. I can connect and watch recorded files from media player tab fine on my Vu+ Duo box but i am not able to do so on the Duo2 box. I have tried apps on my iphone and ipad, i can play them fine on there, also i can play the files on the Duo2 box itself, but just not on the engima-tv program. When i play anything, it says playing on top but the timer on the bottom does not move and stays with black screen. Any ideas what could be the problem?
