Please don't create many topic that are related to the same subject.
As TaoTek told you, carefully watch the help videos.
If you then still have problems then you can ask for help by providing screenshots and detailed description of the issue you have.

Hi,

I am trying to view video publicly and at home, although i can see the channels to select, when i select them, the video never loads as it only shows a blank screen, please help
