First I would try other port ranges. The range you mentionned is not 'common'. Each time I saw people having this issue the cause was the ports in use. Your ISP should support port 80 and 8080, isn't that the case ? I canot imagine that a router block enties before 1024 ... I would take 80 for the web and 8080 for the video stream.
I have bought a licence today , setting up enigma TV , all working on LAN . I can only open ports from 1024 and up on my router, lower ports are blocked bij my ISP. Also I cannot redirect ports to other ports on my (ISP)-Router. I used port 1234 for streaming (LAN & WAN settings) Port 1235 for the webserver (also LAN & WAN) I can watch the stream when I open my browser on the same PC. But, when I try to watch from another pc in the same LAN, I can connect to the webserver, but when I start streaming I get a 'video not found or access denied' message , and my ISP- IP-adres is given, so, no stream. I can't figure it out. I know howto open ports on my router so that cannot be the problem.
