The Windows Enigma-TV client app just use a simple Flash player where the MX Player used for the Android Enigma-TV client app has some nice features to make the video quality better.

My settings are 750Kbps, 96 kbps sound and 100% video scale and i have to say the quality is poor. This is something i only see when using Windows 7 x64 but on my andriod devices the quality is good.

As I told you in another post, set the video bitrate to 500 kbps, 100% video scale.
That should be fine, no need to set up to 1500 kbps in my experience.

If you use an Android device, install MX Player and select it in Enigma-TV Android client app to be the default player, also enable the HW option in MX player then you will have a very nice picture.

I have recently bought the application and so far all is ok, I just need to fine tune some stuff.

Q: How can I improve the stream quality ?

I have sometimes a very bad stream quality (you can really see the pixels) on the LAN as WAN, but sometimes all is fine without doing anything. I have a ~2 Mbit upload so I should be able to stream with ~200 kb a second.
