Hi,

Please post a picture from your IPBOX webif (I would like to see te IP adress + port used in the browser).
Also post a picture from Enigma-TV settings, just to confirm all is good.

Hi,

the network is ok and PC and decoder are connected by cable, and as I wrote before, using the Enigma2 Webinterface I'm able to watch TV on PC.
Of course i rebooted the decoder more and more times.
Is it possible for you to arrange a Teamviewer session in order to see the problem?
Please let me know.

Hi,

Very strange then.
There is a reason, we just need to find what it is ...
So, next is to check your network. Are you connected via cable or wifi or CPL ?
Have your tried to reboot your decoder ?

yes we have both same decoder (IPBOX 9000HD) with same image (Enigma 2 Tideglo 1.5) and the same OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
