In External End Port you should also specify 80 ...
The Start and the End should be the same.

Regarding your S4, I do not underqstand why it doesn't connect ...
All what you entered seems to be correct.

First figure out the external connection, you must make it working with a web browser first.
When this works, try with your S4 using the external settings.
