Yes, this is an option to prevent a no more responding system.
Like if you are on vacation and the programm crash, then it will auto-restart so you are sure to have access to the tool again at any time.
Normally this should only happen if Enigma-TV hangs, that can happen if an interaction between the box and the tool is bugging or if the tool itself is bugging.

In my particular tests I had no issues. what is important is to have a good connection between the tool and the box.

Sometimes when the program is stuck, or the box is rebooting it is showing a message "if nothing happens in 30 seconds the program will restart"

1) I have two boxes, an sometimes I want to change it. Can you have a feature so that the details (user, password) are kept?

2) It would be nice if there was an option to disable the automatic restart function.
