Hi,

Did you tried the second web server ?
The default one in Mongoose, chek the other one to be sure.

After this I have no more ideas ...

Fully de-install and re-install.
Check for any tools like anti-virus, firewall or any related security tools ... remove those !

Nothing changed in the code regarding transcoding, so it is hard to tell you what's wrong there ...
Have you tried another VLC version as explaine din this chain ?

I have the same issue on my win server.
When start streaming on mobile device the cpu on server goes to 99% and enigma tv crashes.
I'm an enigma tv user from the beginning and never had this issue, stil same hardware on server.

Try to download the latest version of VLC in ZIP format.
Then unzip the content in 'C:\Enigma TV\VLC\'

Do overwrite existing files in this 'C:\Enigma TV\VLC\' folder BUT DO NOT DELETE ANY old existing files that are not present in the new VLC zip file (so keep those previous existing files that are not in the new VLC zip file).
