L'icona è giusta webserver, ti da accesso negato perché tieni win7. Se vuoi dopo le 22:30 posso vedere il tuo problema con il teamviewer.

le configurazioni sono esatte, controlla il tuo firewall o l'antivirus che blocca la porta pubblica.
fai acquisisci IP internet, prova anche con http://9x.xx.xxx.xx:91/ Remoto, fammi sapere.

Scusatemi, Ho visto i topic riguardo questo problema ma non riesco a risolvere ! La mia configurazione è Questa:
