Are you using the index_local.html address in your local network ?
That would be a first thing to test.
If you are using the index.html address then you need to have your router set up to redirect ports.
Try to post your settings when you can and also how you call the web media player, then i can help you more.

dm600 enigma1 running pli jade.
Loaded enigmatv on pc windows 7
on sony android tablet can get enigma tv page local connection(ip of pc ) but no video or sound . The same thing happens when try web x tv on tablet Have tried on different browsers but still nothing. Flash is on tablet.
Sorry not with my equipment for the next couple days so cant post screen shots.

Can you please give more details ?
Please fully explain where you have problems, post screen shots, post your settings, image you have on your DM600, etc ...

tried different browsers including dolphin, flash is on sony tabloid. on local ip of pc get enigmatv from pc but no video.

wish to set up so can watch dm 600 (enigma1) on sony tablet.
