Hi,

For an internal test (inside your network in your home ... this is the first test to do) :
Let's says that you have (for example) your PC IP as 192.168.1.2 and that you set the local web port set as 80 and local stream port set as 8080 into Enigma-TV.
Then, you activate the 'Internet Control' mode from the Enigma-TV menu.
The web server icon will switch to green color ...

When this is done, take your smartphone and open the web browser.
In the URL navigation bar, type :
http://192.168.1.2:80/index_local.htm
-> 192.168.1.2 should be the IP of your PC
-> 80 should be the local web port that you set into Enigma-TV

When the local test works, you will have to setup your router to redirect public ports on local ports on the IP of your PC.

Thanks for your reply, i watched the videos and all is a bit clearer. I still don't understand what do u mean by my phones web interface?? Sorry if i seem a bit thick!! is my phones web interface like google?? And how do i then pick up the stream do i enter my ip address into google, or am i miles off. Thks again for your help greatly appreciated..

I managed to do the internet control ect but don't know how to pick it up on my smartphone??

Hi,

No, you don't need to install any app on your smartphone ...
You just need to activate the Internet Control mode from the Enigma-TV menu and then connect from your smartphone on the web interface.
Please wach the help videos on this web site, all is explained there.

Hi im new to this site i purchased a licence yesterday and ive managed to connect to my vu+solo box and all working great thanks. My question is how do i now stream from my laptop to my android based phone? Do i need to install an app on my phone and where do i get the settings for the app to connect to laptop?
