Are you using public IP & ports on your iPad ?
If yes, then please connect with 3G with your iPad ... not with Wifi on the same network.
Otherwise if you connect using Wifi, please use local IP & port.

Hi pls help. I have everything setup correctly and tested the local and public web interfaces and its coming nicely but will not connect on my ipad or iphone!

Did you watch the help videos then ?
You need to give a local and a public port in Enigma-TV for the web and the stream.
Then you need to redirect those ports with you router so that you can access the IP of your computer from outside using the public ports defined in the router and pointing to the local ones.

If you don't have such an option in your router then you have a problem.

I can stream locally using Enigma TV but not via the web. My router only has port forwarding not internal or external option. but if i connect direct over the web to the amikos web interface i can stream ok. The web interface on the Amiko is set to 85 for the web and 8001 for the stream should i enter these in Engima TV also for the public?

Hello,

My first question is : are you able to connect Enigma-TV that is installed on your PC to your Amiko box ?
Do you get a provider / channel list and are you able to watch a channel on your PC using this server software ?
If yes, then the web server can be used to stream the channels over Internet ... and in this case, I advice you to watch the help videos available on this web site.
This will help you to understand the tool and the setup.

Hi I've a Amiko Alien 2 stb and I'm really having trouble streaming over the web with Enigma TV. I can stream over the web using the web interface direct from the stb, i port forward 85 for the web interface and 8001 for the stream to my Amiko stb ip. But when i use Engima tv it just wont connect.
