Please first watch the help videos (until the end !) and try to understand the setup.
If you still hang then create your own thread and post picture that demonstrate your issue.

Problems are always related to settings ...
Sometimes due to firewall / anti-virus / other installed tools / etc ... on the PC could cause Enigma-TV not to work by using default settings ... So just try different, that helps most of the time.

Okay we got it working we have tried a different port and that was the issue.

and I have to say it is great tool and works like a charm.

I think the problem is still on the Enigma-TV server ... it says 'lost video, trying to reconnect ...'
Have you still been able to get a video displayed on the server itself ?

Then on your router, I think the setup is also wrong :
You need to redirect the external web port to the local web port on the IP of the computer where your run Enigma-TV
You need also to redirect the external stream port to the local stream port on the IP of the computer where your run Enigma-TV
Not port ranges as you made.

So there are severals problem to solve first that you can stream something.

1) Please carrefully watch the help videos and try to get it working yourself.
2) If you are still having trouble after trying yourself, then please send me an Email directly at info@enigma-tv.com ... don't worry I will help you ... but please first try yourself because I have a lot on my desk (as usual )

I have been reading several topics having same issue as me, I have tried different ports but I dont get to play videos on web player. I have tried different ports but no luck , can you please help me ? I can get to upload all files due to size.
