Can you try to run Enigma-TV on another computer.
You can move your licence from computer A to computer B by changing the User Id & Licence ID in Enigma-TV and reporting the new KEY given by Enigma-TV on the web site.

Try and tell me.

I have tried the suggested settings and still the same.
When I set up the Enigma months ago I used all default settings and it was perfect.

I still use all the default settings and the picture is blurred (Pixelated).
Audio is fine
My upload speed is 2.6M and in the past this is great

I'm not sure to fully understand your request.
You say that the picture quality is not good when you stream from the Enigma-TV server on your iPad ?
This is maybe due to the video settings you applied for the stream compression ?
Try to set up with video bitrate = 500 kbps, scale = 1, audio bitrate = 128 kbps.

I note that when viewing enigma on an Ipad or on a desktop while abroad the writing on the screen is not clear.

This is something that has happened recently. Picture was perfect.

If I log on at home everything local (public stream) is perfect. It is only when the service is transmitted abroad via enigma.

I also have another ipad app that accesses the STB directly and it is perfect over the the same ip address.

I therefore think it is something within enigma. I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest from the enigma site today but it is still the same.

Can you advise in any way please.
